- All of our staff completes a training process that is unrivaled in the moving industry. It starts with our hiring program after receiving a students application they must complete the following steps to enter our training program.
- They have to attend a company orientation where they learn about our brand, mission,vision, and what our clients expect
- They must complete a 1 page hiring questionnaire- To test Mental Strength
- Followed by a physical evaluation- To test Physical Strength
- Their application, references, driving record, student status, and background check are reviewed.
- After the pass this rigorous verification and testing process the enter our Training Program
- Our Training Program has been crafted and designed after The United States Armed Forces Training: We don't fail anyone from training, our training program is designed to make those who don't have the commitment, desire, poise, and dedication to be a Strong College Student quit.
- The Training Program consist of 6 office training: Company Background & Information, Customer Service and Expectations, Customer Item Content Protection, Strong College Student Responsibilities and Requirements, Marketing and Branding. The students are tested and quizzed periodically through this part of the training program.
- The training continues with in the field training where the trainees must complete field shifts to move forward in the program. They have to experience and perform flawlessly in these field shifts: local move, commercial move, moving labor job, marketing shift, packing shift, & deliveries.

- After this they may take there Strong College Student Exam- we say it rivals the GRE!
- Our chart below shows the breakdown of the different positions. Each of these positions have their own unique training program as well. This ensures our drivers, on site managers, and supervisors are prepared to handle and array of moving challenges while also managing all client and customer needs.
- Driver Training: Manuals, Videos, Practice Course, Road Course- Written Exam and Driving Exam... Moving Trucks are BIG, it takes a lot to learn to manage and handle with ease and comfort. Not many companies will give a 18 y/o the keys to a $60,000 truck
- Strong Advisor Training: Asst. job site managers and packing leaders
- Strong Leader: Drivers and On Site Managers
- Strong Executive Leader: Supervisors and Marketing Managers
- Strong Mentor: Operations Managers and Mastery of all Strong College Student Roles
